Cancellation:


Refunds will be made if you notify us more than (1) business day before beginning of the show.

                                       Utilities:


Electricity is provided on an as needed basis and charged as a separate service.  You must notify us at least (1) business day prior to the beginning of the show.

           TRANSACTION AND LICENSES REQUIREMENTS:


All transactions within the show must be in compliance with all Federal, State and Local Regulations. There are to be absolutely no loaded weapons at the show at ANY time without exception.

Each exhibitor is responsible for his/her own city license requirements and must be able to produce proof of such license if required.

                                                   
Security:


There will be onsite security during closed hours. There may be show security during public hours, however during the setup, public hours and teardown period of the show, exhibitors are responsible for their own security of merchandise. 

                 Table Assignments and Show Passes: 


Table assignments and name badges will be given out during check-in.

                                            
Important Information:


California State Law requires a valid California Seller's Permit for each and every person or company at this gun show. If you do not have a regular permit, you may obtain a temporary permit from the California State Board of Equalization Office (1-800-400-7115)

All firearm sales require a California Department of Justice certificate of Eligibility. You can obtain more information from California Department of Justice (1-916-227-3274). Private sellers must use a transfer dealer holding a valid FFL.
